With fast turn around, Onsite Metal Formations will run off Standing Seam Roofing Panel on your job site, cut to the exact size. No more ordering oversized panels and hand cutting them down. We provide Kynar painted metal panels in 24 or 26 gauge steel, .032 aluminum along with specialty finishes, copper and other natural metals.
Trim Details
Shop drawings are put together from reviewing your sketch, EagleView, Hover or Blueprints. Trims are then fabricated in our sheet metal shop and then sent out to your job site along with your panel delivery. Trims, flashings and copings can all be customized to your specific needs.
Tool Rentals
For clients who may not find the need to invest in purchasing a large collection of expensive specialty metal roofing tools, we got you covered. If folding tools, seaming tools or other specialty metal tools are required for you to complete your project, we can provide the rental, bringing the tools out to your job site along with your panel order.
Design Assistance
For roofs with difficult designs or any uncertainties of a project layout, we can assist in your configuration. Proofs are sent to ensure the trim package comes as desired. We also provide and assist in calculating all accessories including butyl tape, tube sealant, pipe boots, rivets, touch up paint, clips, screws, and underlayment.
